Fake wrangler jeans

Good thing:
It fits as expected.
Bad thing:
After wearing jeans for half a day I noticed that the jeans stiches around waist button came out. It could very much be when it arrived but one would not expect any fault with new cloths so perhaps didn't noticed when putting it on.
Jeans is something one would expect stiches and cloths to be long lasting. colour may fade. But in my case I am one size smaller than the jeans size. put it on for half a day and stiches have came out. please look at the pictures. One do not expect from any jeans let alone a brand like Wrangler. Either I am unlucky or seller sent me a fake wrangler jeans.
I would advise you to stay away from this product.
I bought it as amazon prime item and can't find from my order who the actual seller was so I can put his / her name here.

Many years away from the Wrangler brand and was looking forward to renewing my ownership. On first wear It was apparent that they were snug around the waist, jeans tend to loosen up after an hour or two's wear so it didn't bother me. Leg length too seemed a bit stingy for a 34 inside leg but worn with boots they would be okay. Two washes in and the inside leg is closer to a 31 now. To be honest they are not a patch on the Wranglers of old and I have to agree with another review that thinks they might be counterfeit. I would not buy these again. Very poor.
Update...3 washes now and they have shrunk again to a measured 30" inside leg.

I used to wear Wranglers exclusively when younger but have tried other brands over the years with various levels of success. The main problem I have experienced is with leg sizes which tend to be 31" or 33". I am a comfortable 32" inside leg and find the 31" a little short while the 33" can look a bit bottom heavy. I have also had issues with the cut on some brands being too neat around my thighs which made them uncomfortable to wear.

Saw the Wrangler brand after a search on Amazon and thought I would try them again; so glad I did and has left me wondering why I bothered with other brands.

The jeans are the same perfect 32" length for me and the waist is comfortable with the seven belt loops preventing the terrible sag which can happen at the back. The jeans are a lovely fit and the slight stretch makes them incredibly comfortable when moving and sitting. They wash well and I have not had any issues with the colour leeching into the water although I do wash them with other jeans and dark clothing.

For the price I can't fault them which is why I quickly purchased a second pair and would happily recommend them.

I like the fact that Wrangler jeans have more belt loops than the popular Livi Jean, the reason is that any belt worn with the Wrangler jeans will stay in shape.

Price wise these jeans represent good value for money, these jeans also sit on the waist and not below making them very comfortable to wear all day. Zip fly and button fastener are both well attached and zip does not slip down on it’s own like some I’ve had from other brands.

As you can see I’ve not given 5 stars for these jeans, this is because I don’t think that the colour shown is quite the same as described, I would have preferred them to be a little darker, that’s just me being picky, although I am very happy with them, I will probably bye the darker blue next time.

Thin material. The denim is flimsy and unlike my older Wrangler jeans. I could tell right away when I lifted the parcel as it arrived. Too, the ‘Wrangler’ label is not leather but a type of cloth. It appears like a pair of jeans but doesn’t compare with genuine Wrangler products. Made in Bangladesh. Could it be non genuine? regards, Brian H.

As soon as I took them out of the bag I knew they were the wrong size, I'm only a fat guy not a big fat guy. I ordered a 42inch waist, it said 42inch on the label but when I measured them they were a 46inch waist. So it was either send them back or head for the chip shop, I sent them back. I find it hard to believe that a established firm like Wrangler would make such a school boy error !

I bought 2 of these Wrangler jeans, one in black and the other in blue. The material used for both of these is somewhat thin compared to that on the old Wrangler jeans I have been wearing for years, to the extent where I am compelled to doubt their authenticity. Its either that, or Wrangler have significantly lowered their standards, which, in either case, is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, my partner had already washed them and disposed of the packaging before I could inspect them, so, regretably, I am unable to return them.

I've ordered 3 pairs of Wrangler "Texas" jeans recently.

Two were made in Bangladesh and while they're disposable rather than "top quality" Wranglers, given they were cheap they met expectations.

The 3rd pair said they were made in Pakistan. The material was far thinner & even the pockets were wrong (you could barely get your hands in them and it was immediately obvious stuff would fall out while walking along).

Even accepting it's possible Wrangler might make different colours of the same product in different factories - They blatantly weren't the same jeans as the other two pairs.

While I'm no expert I'm fairly sure they are counterfeit, so I sent them back.

YMMV but just a heads up to be wary even if you've brought them directly from Amazon.
