What Happened in Vegas

1 h 41 min201718+
When Ramsey Denison was jailed for reporting police brutality on the Las Vegas strip, he was inspired to investigate the Las Vegas Police Department. Painting an incriminating picture of a force where officers are often dangerously above the law, this damning exposé also considers evidence that the LVMPD may not be telling the whole story of the Mandalay Bay mass shooting that killed 59 people.

I will tend to be on the side of order (I hate to say authority) against anarchy, right vs left, but then again, I'm also against government's killing their own people to start wars and for profit, against lazy policy designed to make authority look good regardless of the facts. These cases definitely sit on the bad side of authority. One interesting reflection: the duplicity of the police was only accepted because 3rd parties filmed events and proved that the police lied. Interestingly, cf: 9/11 Pentagon, key video 'disappeared'. Actually, that bit was priceless: the relevant disk was '96% intact' when examined by the Secret Service (yup, going to trust them for sure)... and it's just unfortunate that the physically-damaged 4% happened to cover precisely the time that the supermarket security and police were reacting and gunning down a West Point graduate. Not quite a gang victim, huh?

Mind blowing and sad for citizens of Las Vegas having to live like this

One of the more shocking realities of America. Those 3 innocent men shot and killed by police is shocking. I'm so glad I watched this. It's a shame not everyone in America is watching it and opening their eyes to the fact their police are killing citizens daily all over the country.

The poor families of these men was really hard to watch. Especially the wife of the ex military guy. First he was let down by the VA who stopped his medical so his medication was stopped as he was battling cancer from the exposure from the bombs when he served. Then when he was having an episode of forgetting where he lived and going to the other apartments instead of his he's shot 7 times. I heard the bean bag fire which sounded totally different to the firearm that was used by the policeman.

The sheriff total lies involving the mass shooting at the casino was mind boggling
No corporate company should be pulling strings by making large donation to your election and yet no American citizens ever seem to notice that.

Great look at the real dirty side of the Las Vegas Police department and how it covers up the corruption of cops who are dirty on the force. Very hard to watch and believe that this organisation cannot be cleaned up.

Disturbing and powerful

You see dystopian films where corporations own police departments. Apparently in Las Vegas this is already true. America should be ashamed of the LVMPD.
I hate using this term but..........MUST WATCH!

Unbelievably bad and criminal policing documented in Las Vegas

Astonishing and shocking expose of huge and widescale corruption to Las Vegas MPD and heartbreaking to see a decent, experienced and moral would-be new Chief losing the election vote to office and watch the bad higher-ups in the LVMPD retain control.
