Most uncomfortable boot I've ever worn

Very disappointed with these. They look cool, but are so uncomfortable that I'll never be able to wear them. I missed the return window by a few days, but I was trying to break them in by wearing them around the house for a few weeks, but even after a few minutes on, my feet and ankles are sore. The material around the ankle is hard and digs in. They fit small, so they're tight. I've loosened the laces and tried to stretch them out, but to no avail. Guess I'm out the $100. Too bad. I really wanted these to work!

This is a great looking boot however, being that it is a veteran designed boot, I expected it to so much better than what it was. First off, this was one of the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. My 1991 issued flight boots were 100% more comfortable that these. There was no cushion for the foot as it felt like I was walking on concrete. The cuff of the boot was so stiff that it was painful around my lower calf when I had laced it all the way up. There was no give and the cuff piping actually dug in and was very painful.

Good looking boot but odd fit

The boot on my left foot was slightly loose and the one for my right was tight. I wear insoles for low arch and over pronation. So I couldn’t make the right boot fit. However, it’s a good looking boot and seemed to be constructed well.
