I did some research before hand and found that this particular binder is good for large chests - being an FTM with a size DD chest, I had my hesitations about spending so much on a binder and wondered whether or not it would actually compress my unfortunately large badonkadonks, but when I tried it on it was wonderful. The previous binder I had bought (not from Underworks) was only a tiny £5 thing which barely covered my chest and my boobs would keep slipping out (I don't know what I was expecting, since it was only a fiver, after all), so I was worried about this binder, but after trying it on, I really have to recommend it to anyone with a large chest - the fact that it is a full vest also helps keep the boobs in place so no slipping out from underneath.
I give it 5 stars, but if there was an option for it, I would probably give it a 4.8 stars, since, being a meagre 5'2", it was very long on me - I can pretty much pull it down right over my butt. I thought it looked a little large when it arrived and wondered if I should have gone for a smaller size, but when I tried it on it fit pretty much perfectly (if not a little loose around my waist, but that's only because I personally have a fairly small waist and larger hips). This isn't really an issue for me though, since it still binds my chest very well (and I'm sure on taller people it wouldn't be so long), but its still a little annoying.
So yeah. This ended up being a little essay, so I best write a conclusion: a very good binder for big chested people, arrived very quickly, but is perhaps a little long on me. Totally worth it though.
(And a little note about sizing, I was on the exact boundary between a medium and a large, and if you are the same, then go for the larger size - the smaller size might still fit you, but it will be far more uncomfortable and less easy to breathe in. This isn't just for this binder, by the way, it's just for all binders in general. Practice safe binding, kids.)
She went and done quite a bit of research and thought the best way forward was a binder. Never heard of those before. I actually suggested sports bra's but right now nothing but a binder would increase her confidence.
It came much faster than expected and whilst it looked packaged very simply, the material seems to be a good quality.
She measured her chest and we ordered the relevant size which was a perfect fit.
One thing I was worried about was that it may roll up when sitting down. I personally experienced this with shapewear for women but that didnt happen at all.
She has worn it for 2 days, and today, for the first time, she took of her jacket in a waiting area in public. Hasnt done that for years. She is very pleased, Like very very pleased.
hope this helps!
As with any binder, make sure you don't size down. I went for the small as my measurements fell within their range for the small size and it was still difficult to get on - if I'd gone down a size I just wouldn't be able to get it on at all. This is very comfortable to wear and I don't feel like my ribs are being crushed. I have a smallish waist so annoyingly it does kind of wrinkle up a bit round there as it's looser but I expected that. It does the job nicely - I only just scrape a B cup so admittedly there's not too much to flatten but it does squish them in nicely so it looks like I have pecs not boobs :o)
The material is a bit weird - there are probably nicer softer materials out there - but so far it's not bothered me too much (I've only had it couple of months, mind you). The straps can show depending on what I'm wearing but it's not a huge deal.
Very pleased with this and will probably get another - different style - binder from Underworks soon.
I have had it a day and am in love with it. Its hard to get into it took me and my girlfriend to get it on properly and after some adjusting I was flat. It also binds your stomach and slims your hips. So I would 100℅ recommend this to anyone
