When you go to the gym, you need to feel as much as possible in contact with the ground. Every break, every repetition and every WOD starts from the bottom. Under Armour Tribasic technology optimizes ground adherence with three points of contact to offer a low but stable base that favours the natural flexibility of the foot. Made for the most intense workouts in redtop fabric and resistant mesh, they offer support, lightness and maximum resistance to abrasion Under Armour's Tribasic technology used for the sole ensures maximum contact with the ground at the most strategic points, offering greater upward flexibility to promote fluidity of movement and greater flexibility downwards to ensure maximum adherence to the ground in the process of detachment The external buttress ensures greater stability and heel support Full length Micro G foam insole for extremely responsive cushioning The all-rubber sole is taller and more enveloping at the side and middle walls to ensure greater durability and resistance to abrasion and has a non-slip structure in the medial part that ensures maximum adherence Rubber element strategically positioned between the base of the big toe and the tip of the little finger for greater adherence to the ground The lower profile construction ensures greater sensitivity and power in the movements Non-removable insole Differential: 2 mm Weight: 292 g

As they have a 2mm offset (meaning they are pretty flat from back to the front) they feel really stable, and I don't feel like my ankles will roll like they would with a running shoe.
They have a pretty thin heel but I didn't experience any rubbing, and are overall very comfortable.
I wear a 10.5 - 11 with most trainers and the 10.5 is spot on.
I have standard UK fitting width feet (or medium as some call it) and these fit well except for the fact that their construction leaves a ridge/join that sits exactly where the the joint for the big toe meets the foot.
Needless to say, although they feel fine on trying on, once worn for a while, especially at the gym, this seam/join causing no small amount of discomfort i.e. actual pain.
Used for one hour at the gym and donated to my son who has slightly narrower feet.
I'd recommend buyers to press the shoe firmly in the big toe joint area to see if they are affected before using the shoes.
Piffle. They're snug round the heel and tight if laced up worng across the mid-foot, but the toe box is so wide! Plenty of room for toe splay in heavier lifts.
Now, I'm not one of these CrossFit super-humans. I'm a stronger than average chunky guy.
So far I've deadlifted, walked very quickly, lifted too much over my head and squatted in these clogs and I'm impressed. I wouldn't walk too fast/too quickly in them, the near solid heel doesn't lend itself to such an act and ones ankles will suffer as a result.
As for lifting, the near flat sole, wide toe-box and mega stable heel give mucha confianza!
Impressed, very impressed indeed!
