These door stops are, I'm afraid, next to useless.
The stops themselves aren't tapered and instead have blunt, block edges. As a consequence, you can't really wedge a door on them as you can't 'work it up the taper'. The ends are too thick to fit under 99% of our doors and the one it should fit under it doesn't, not enough to wedge at least and the grip is poor.
There are definitely some QA issues with the manufacture as the two wedges aren't the same, one has an uneven edge, one doesn't sit flat, and one of them has a couple of loose pieces of rubber hanging off.
Absolutely unfit for purpose.

Our lounge door has always had a problem where it goes on opening and slams into a glass cabinet on the wall alongside it. Being a glass cabinet and a glass door you can see the problem. We’ve tried many different doorstops and heavyweights but nothing has really helped.
When I was offered these door stoppers, I had a bit of a brainwave. If I place the wedge on the carpet with the serrated surface facing downwards then it works perfectly. I know the serrated surface should be upwards for normal use but pointing it downwards creates more friction against the carpet. The door and cabinet are now safe!
These are really meaty looking door wedges. They’re made of rubber and have a metal surround at the back. This means you can give them a kick without damaging the rubber. As traditional door wedges, they work just as well.
I can’t comment on the price as they are currently unavailable, but I can comment on the excellent quality.

In a black coloured rubber-type material, I use the ribbed side down which, I find, enables more purchase.
Exactly as pictured in the current stock images above, each wedge is roughly 5 cm wide (max) x around 11.5 cm long allowing for the static metal type bracket/handle. The highest point is around 3 cm.
I underestimated the larger gap size for occasional use with the garage internal door but found it easy to sort by placing one on top of the other!

Individually wrapped & neatly packed together in a branded cardboard box, measuring around 13 cm x 12 cm x 3.25 cm, the two door wedges are a tad on the industrial side in terms of looks but do the job I mainly require such for which is propping open the utility door for the rubbish/recycling run.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 April 2021
