I was unable to unwrap the umbrella as part of the packaging was stuck to the umbrellas spokes and plastic tips.

The overall quality is very poor and looks like a cheap plastic product . I wished I’d read the reviews before buying. The only good thing to say about this purchase is that I was given a full refund with no quibbles.
