Timbo's on the toes & That's the way it goes!

Timberland have always been the front runner in footwear (see what I did there?) These are no exception. Fit like you had gloves on your feet. Comfort and warm toes all in the same place. Even in the snow (Tested' and they passed) Waterproof and deceivingly light in weight! About as heavy as Nike Airs' True Story' Smart as' If they're to be used for night's down the pub, in your chinos or combats! I got them for the English weather and dog walking... I love them! A wipe and they are clean (Not that I go around jumping in puddles like a loop case) Just the splashes and such that I have had on them, came straight off with a wipe 'Juan Sheet' They are a 'Proper Tidy Bit of Kit' Don't take my word for it, I'm off me swede mate lol Looking good in my boots though!

As an owner of several timberland hiking boots, these are on par with being quality, comfortable, and performing well on basic trails and other usage.

I wouldn't go overlanding in these, but they kept out the snow and rain pretty well. I wouldn't expect mud to hurt these one bit.

The leather may see some discoloring from road salt, but that is to be expected.

Very nice and especially for the price, I may buy another pair if I ever need to.

I'm not sure what's going on with these boots. I ordered a pair a couple weeks ago and the first day I wore them I noticed a wet spot on the left boot just in front of the laces on the inside of the boot. I figured I dripped on them after washing my hands. The spot didn't go away though, in fact it got larger as the day went on. That exact little spot... I figured I'd make sure it dried up over night and I'd have a look the next day. Same thing happened. I thought it was pretty weird. Maybe there's a moisture barrier in there or something that wasn't stitched properly, maybe that little spot wasn't treated properly during the production, who knows? I set up an exchange and got a new pair which arrived today. THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. SAME LEFT BOOT! I've never experienced this before but it's just plain weird. This time I snagged a picture to show what was going on here. I'm guessing there is a whole boat load of these shoes produced in the same place that have the same defect. It's a shame but I guess I wasn't meant to have these boots. The sad thing is now I have two wasted trips to the UPS store. After paying over 100 bucks for the boots and more than 2 weeks later I don't have a pair that's satisfactory for keeping and I've wasted gas going back to the UPS shop to send them back. Quite dissatisfied.

This shoe is perfect for working in snowy conditions. It is fully waterproof. I wish it was more slip resistant though.
A big con is after 1-2 wears the colour starts to fade a bit and looks very bad on the tip.

Im always worried about buying shoes online but these fit great and with a gell insert my feet feel great. Ive never owned Tims before but they live up to the hype. Added bonus they seem to be fairly resistant to getting dirty. They have nice thick laces that feel like they will last a while.
