These shoes are brand new out of the box and scraped all over. They look like they have been worn for weeks. The images I have attached are from 1 shoe... the other is just as bad. Very disappointing. My son was looking forward to these. Unfortunately now that I have had to return them once already and this is the second pair and it is the middle of December, I have no choice but for him to wear these ones. I won't purchase from this company again.

I love these boots and wear them for work everyday. You can wear them right out of the box and they will not hurt your feet. I usually buy the Timberland White Ledge Boots but decided to try these because the others where not in stock in my size. The two are very similar and equally comfortable and the only difference I can see is the White Ledges are a little lighter but both are incredibly light for a boot. My wife gets upset with me sometimes because I'm always wearing them (they are the most comfortable shoes I own)

update. these boots have not held up after only a year. the support is gone, the soles are worn smooth and i can hardly walk anymore because of asthma. my feet hurt now although they fit. disappointed that i could not get more than 12 plus months out of these. I'll admit they were great for awhile but expected them to last longer than cheap Wal Mart boots.
