These are an exact (almost) copy of the Arctix branded salopettes. Both are made in China, but the Arctix have to come from the US. These came straight from Amazon in the UK. They're ever so slightly different in ways that make them a little inferior to the Arctix. 1. The carabiner toggle on the front is a plastic loop on these, but a metal stud on the Arctix. 2. The fabric is not as dense. 3. The insulation is slightly less. 4. They fit a little smaller (I bought a medium in both, but the TSLA fitted better for my 5'6" height..the Arctix braces had to be at their shortest and were still a tad long). So, you make a choice based on how long you want to wait for delivery and whether a better quality is important.
UPDATE: These have seen me through long wintry walks – warm, dry and comfortable. They look cool too!
