Disappointed with the quality, upper cracked and peeled

I bought these to replace a pair of similar Rockport shoes that have worn so well. Sole is worn down These new ones looked the same but are not the same quality I have come to expect from Rockport. The Front portion is some kind of cheap vinyl that has cracked and peeled. Rather disappointed with this Rockport purchase

FOLLOWUP NOTE: this is NOT an issue with 6pm LLC the seller but a failure by Rockport the manufacturer. 6pm LLC graciously provided me with a quick refund and a kind response letter to me personally apologizing for the product failure. Thank you 6pm LLC.

I have been buying Rockport Bluchers for many years now (this being my 6th pair) and this is the first time I have ever found this kind of poor, unacceptable quality from Rockport. These shoes have peeled faster than a $15 pair of faux leather Walmart sneakers. I am so disappointed - I have old Bluchers that I still use that have be in mud, snow, rain, and are completely unprotected and still have never peeled! Rockport has cheapened there name to me. I used to love the brand, now I don't think I will ever buy another one - thanks Rockport for ruining a good thing - I would have been a customer for life!

These Rockports Get Your Kicks were a perfect fit for my husband who wears a 10.5 EE . His foot is very wide and these shoes fit wonderfully. He claims the Rockports are supportive and simultaneously very light in weight. In fact, the shoes are so comfortable that my husband often walks two miles to work rather than use his business sedan.

Bought these in black, size 10.5 Wide. They are tight!!! Have them in brown, size 11 and they were fine when new and still are (a year later). Never were tight. Have a new brown pair arriving tomorrow in 10.5 Wide...maybe they will fit better but will do a review on them as well.
