Very very average/poor film (depending on how critical you are). If you have a few hours to kill by all means it's watchable so go ahead. But don't expect anything special.

The film has some moments of brilliance, the story could have developed into something much more than what it is and some of the actors had a lot of potential. Overall another box office flop and one the shouldn't make anybody's DVD collection.

If you want a crime movie involving the mexican gangsters of Cali watch 'blood in blood out'. Now that is something special.
