Great value, reliable for trail riding

My partner needed some new brake pads for his hard tail and thought these looked good even though they aren't a well-known brand. So far they've been working well and are reliable for trail use.Pros:- Organic pads for easier use, metallic pads need to be broken in a bit more and these just worked pretty much straight away- Very good value- Split pin supplied (he prefers these as the horseshoe clip on the bolt-ins always get lost)Cons:- Not quite as effective as bigger brands, but still does the jobThey definitely provide enough power to stop his hardtail, and are ideal for exploring areas or for light trail use, but aren't quite strong enough for him to confidently put it on his big rig he uses for downhill so sturdier branded ones may be a better bet for that . However, they were easy to fit and they are widely compatible and for the price they're a steal.For cheap replacement pads, these are a fantastic option for trail use.

Pros:

Wearing in the pads takes about 5 minutes of lightly breaking, this process removes the smooth outer part of the pads. But after that go out and have a blast! I felt comfortable slowing down into turns as they gripped the rotor very well.
For the price they stop great and I’m sure they will last a long time, definitely worth the purchase if in need of spares.
Great price for good performing pads

These pads are brilliant for the price given you can spend around triple the price and still receive the same performance. I have yet to test them in the long run however I think they should hold up fine as the pad is made up of a metal compound.
