Looks more expensive that they are but beware of the static

You could be forgiven for thinking that these trousers are one half of a mid range two piece suit (or one third of a three piece suit, not that any normal people other than waiters and snooker players wear waistcoats). They look smart and hang nicely with a distinctive pleat that makes them looked sharp. You can wash them in the washing machine and put them in your Corby Trouser Press and they look as good as new each time. I am sure you can iron them too but a Corby is my press of choice having one already in situ when I purchased my semi detached dwelling from an elderly gentleman who left it behind.
And at this price, quite frankly it doesn't matter if they wear though quickly. I do not imagine they will as they are made of polyester. You just need to be careful of latent static electricity as you can get a spark when you touch something like a lift button or a metallic door handle.

Trouser length is always at maximum length so you have to adjust yourself.

Having washed, adjusted and used these trousers for a few weeks now, I believe I can now give a more useful review of these trousers to someone looking to purchase them.

GOOD POINTS
The cut is generous, providing room for flex.
Tasks involving prolonged stretching and bending are fine, material keeps its shape well.
The sides and back pocket are deep and spacious enough to hold items and hand.
The trousers give a professional look with workware durability.
The shoe style cut finish is a good size to drop over shoes, boots or trainers.
I find the good points and the cost of these trousers make them VFM.

BAD POINTS
The size I ordered was a 40W x 33L. The size that came measured 42W x 36L
After reading other reviews, this seems to be commonplace.
To keep the overall cost of the trouser as low as possible, I decided to make the alterations myself.
I measured and cut 2" off each leg then used iron-on adhesive double-sided fabric tape to create a 1" seam for both legs.
The results were positive.
I was unable to do anything about the waist other than create an extra hole in my belt.
The result being the trouser having loose material around the front and back sometimes creating folds.

RECOMMEND
Purchase a size smaller than what you require.
Be prepared to have the legs taken up.

Due to the pandemic, I had to order these and I'm always a little wary as not all sizes seem mean the same to every manufacturer. I needn't have worried as they fitted perfectly, being nice and light, good pockets and with a saggy bottom which helps me!!! Arrived in time for they were needed. Really pleased.

Decent Trousers

The trousers are a good fit and feel good but very light weight so if it is cold you will need to wear long John's. The trousers pocket design is deep which is good as items do not fall out easily. I do not recommend you tumble dry these trousers as they start to fall apart slowly a couple of drys. I have verified this as I have a couple of these trousers. And they all suffered the same fate except for the one I haven't tumble dried.

The first set of trousers I received, although ordered to my measured waist size, were too big and were returned for TWO sizes down. All in all the quality of the trousers are good although I find them to be a lot "thinner" than I expected. In addition, as they are 100% polyester, they can get "clingy" due to static, especially if you have hairy legs. Although I wouldn't recommend these trousers (find a 50/50 or even 75/25 cotton/polyester blend) the seller are OK and my return / exchange was handled without any fuss.

Waist of time

The crutch to waist measurement was enormous. If my waist was under my armpits it might have fitted or with my 36" waist I however had an elephant's behind. Return protocol also bad - the firm wanted you to post it back in a way which involved filling in a load of numbers on an extra form and finding a collect + return point which for me is many miles away - during COVID restrictions in Wales.... Very unsatisfactory "waist" of time

Took a chance on these and was surprised at how well these fit. I like my trousers baggier than usual so I love that these aren't so tight around the leg which is what I usually find with formal trousers with a similar waist size. The only negative point on these is the lack of a second rear pocket. No big deal. Will be going to these guys for my office wear in future.

Price very good but specifications let this bargain down.....cloth very light weight so durability?
The waist size is marginally less than other 44W gents trousers I've bought BUT the big disappointment is the leg length 31R in reality is way too long so drags on floor......
So now need to spend £12.99 on a £14.99 product to have trousers altered therefore making price total compatible with every other High St price.
