The sandal is exceptionally well made and I had great expectations but sadly not for me. I have an NHS provided arch support which is why I wanted an enclosed heel to stop it falling out. My navicular bone is out of alignment, resulting in a high instep on my right foot. I had high hopes for the sandal but the next strap to the velcro one was too "flat" i.e. there was no depth and I could not even get my foot in to try the rest of the sandal.I returned the sandals to Amazon who provided a return paid label and the refund of the full amount I paid for the sandals was refunded within three days of Amazon receiving the returned item.

Classy looking, (IMO) leather sandals and well made.... Would say the strapping/over area before the velcro should be made fractionally bigger though, as that area is moderately small and might be too tight for some. ... That said, they fit me nice and snug.

Efficient service. Delivered 24 hrs earlier than expected. I don't like sandals, but due the weather conditions where I live they are necessary to give ones'a feet a break! For me it is important to protect toes and have heel support and I have used comfortable sandals before, but they had a manmade insoles. It feels better to have to enclose one's 'plates of meat' in natural material, and these sandals are surprisingly comfortable too.

As comfortable as stylish as any sandals I have ever owned and they do not need breaking-in. I wear them all the time during the warmer months but recommend you do not wear them in or on salt water. Silly me.

Really comfortable with a soft pliant inner which can only be achieved with leather. Always look forward to slipping into them after returning from work. Velcro fastening but I've slipped the strap from its buckle to be able to use my pair as slippers.Well worth the price paid.

Lengthwise is correct. The only small problem I have is that is normal fit. I feel it little tight when put it on but afterwards is just right. I expect that leather will stretch with time and problem will be solved.
