Shoes fall apart in 2 weeks - DON'T BUY!

Don't buy these shoes! The heel separates from the sole after 2 weeks of wear. I got a replacement, same thing happened. Now I am stuck with these shoes and will have to glue them, which I shouldn't have to do. Very disappointed with this item!

When my husband received these in July (2020) he was very happy with them. They were comfortable and fit well. Unfortunately now, only two months later they are splitting on the sides and coming away from the sole. At $100 and all leather, I'd have expected much better wear from them. The return window has closed so we can't even send them back. No kudos for this product.

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers for many years. It was time for a new pair. Amazon had the normal numerical lengths (9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, etc) but the widths were "different" from what I know New Balance uses.

Your state widths of "M" (Medium, I assume) and "W" (Wide). I thought the "M" was the equivalent of my current NB model but it wasn't. I had to return the "M" and re-ordered the "W" pair.

On the boxes it states the CORRECT widths. What you labeled "M" showed "D" on the box (I would have known that was too small for me) and what you labeled "W" showed "2E" on the box (my correct size and what I was familiar with). If I had seen that on the Amazon website I would have known on the first try what to order. It cost you three transactions (ship, return, ship) and it would have saved me time and aggravation. BTW, you don't carry the extra-wide size but if you did, or do in the future, that size is "4EE" not "XW." :-)

Overall shoe is performing well. So far we have tackled 4 t-ball practices and 2 games and they performed with distinction. I haven't mowed in them yet so I can't confirm whether they enhance lawn flexing... However, I can say that they provide excellent arch width which no doubt upped my game on the grill. #623Burblife

This was a Christmas gift and it was too small. I returned it and ordered this size that my other new balance shoe is. I received it within two days and the fit was perfect just like the ones I purchased from a retailer. They are extremely comfortable for me as I get them about a half a size larger so that the toe area does not irritate my foot neuropathy. I would definitely buy these again.

I have been buying this model of New Balance shoe for over 20 years now. I can comfortably order this shoe and it always is the same fit and size unlike other brands which vary inside the brand. I wear the new ones on important trips, keep the second longest for around the house, and keep three pair to work in the garden and on projects. They are wonderfully reliable shoes and I get about 5 years out of each pair!

They are hard and tight

I bought these shoes for my dad he had toe surgery and he needed some comfortable shoes. Well these are not it. He said the leather is hard and they are tight and hurt. He didn't want to complain so he wore them. I would have sent them back for another brand like Nike. I thought this brand was good maybe it's the style of shoe but he doesn't like them. I will not but this type again.

I bought these May 2018 and by Sept 2018 the stitching on the toe on the right shoe came loose and got worse quickly. I only walk in these shoes or wear them casually. No running or sports. They did last 4 1/2 months but I did not expect the shoes to fall apart at the seams in that little time. Especially just walking. There isn't much wear on the sole. I don't know how they would have held up if I played sports in them.
