I really like the shoes but they came apart 2 weeks after receiving. instead of complaining I glued them together. one month later, they came completely apart. I tried to reach out to customer support but there is no product support for the shoes. SOOOO... here I am complaining My Golf partner has had no issues with his shoes. so Im looking for a different pair not on amazon. AND THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF

The top shoe lace holes are made of plastic. One cracked and already broke...would not buy again. New Balance needs to have reinforced shoe lace holes...this is second time a New Balance shoe lace hole broke.

Good looking shoe but very scary to walk on smooth surfaces or wet ground. I had a bad fall as a result could not return them, so the pair I have are going in the trash. Now I understand why they were a Amazon warehouse deal!

Stiff, hard, small

These shoes are so stiff and hard. Doesn’t work for me. Also, I’m an 8.5 men’s and in NB this is always a 9. AND, the 2E is not the same width as my other pairs of NB which are 2E. I’ve attached photos to show the difference.

Not waterproof.

These aren't even remotely waterproof. Within a few hours, I had so much water inside that it squirted out at my ankles when I took a step.

Also, they are extremely slippy on any kind of hard surface that's wet. Walked across a sidewalk and almost split up the middle; stopped in to use the restroom and nearly died.

They're also made in China by a third party that's only licensing the NB brand.

Returned.

After two rounds of golf, the toe next to my little toe on each foot is probably going to loose the nail. I think the problem is that the toe box is not wide enough. I am a long time New Balance running shoe customer and tried my normal size 11 D, but that was too small and exchanged them for 11.5 D. They felt good at first, but as the rounds wore on they became uncomfortable. The nail on those toes is purple. I can't recommend them. The shoes are not returnable and I wasted $100.

Both Amazon and another company stood behind their return policy, as we tried purchasing this twice. Both times we were offered refunds, not exchanges. Both top eyelets broke on the first wearing. Unless you wear your shoes untied at the top, don't buy this. This is not up to par with other excellent New Balance products and other golf shoes.
