I will give them a serious test soon on a 3/4 day deep sea fishing trip. This is not a "perfect storm" situation requiring foul weather boots, but rather a deck occasionally washed down in salt water with fish slim/blood on a rolling sea, while fishing.
I also hope to use them as alternative foot-covering on a multi-day trip this summer, with more challenging conditions and more heat.

I own other pairs of Muck Boots, but not the sneaker style. Bought these as a quick slip on shoe to wear instead of having to tie a shoe or boot. Keep in mind that they are not insulated but do perform well in 32 degree weather for simple tasks like running errands or checking the mail.

A very comfortable shoe once I removed the insoles. When the insoles were left in, the tops of my feet would rub against the shoe. So what I did was remove the insoles and once the shoes are broken in, I will insert the insoles back in the shoes to see if it will be a better fit.

They are a little tight but have loosened up. Can't just slip them on like the old pair but they were years old. Maybe I should have gone one size larger but that might be too loose. I'm getting used to them more every day. I wouldn't recommend them as every day wear but for being in the pen, moving snow, slip resistance in wet situations I think their the best for dollar spent. My last pair lasted over 5 years before the tread went bald.
