Product description
Muckster ll Men's Rubber Garden Shoes are easy to slip on and kick-off, which makes them great for the frequent in-and-out of the house while gardening. The flexible 4 mm neoprene in these rubber garden shoes delivers a snug, contoured fit that helps prevent uncomfortable chafing and blisters. Combined with high-grade rubber, it makes for 100% waterproof protection. The high-traction rubber outsole is slip-resistant to prevent skids and falls on slick sidewalks and driveways. Inside, the interior Airmesh lining is breathable, wicking away sweat and moisture. A curved comfort topline completes these men's garden shoes, improving your range of motion while keeping heat in and cold out. Comfort rated from subfreezing to 65 °F/18 °C.
From the manufacturer

Our Story
It all started with a universal problem—muck. Wet, messy, muddy, dirty muck, and we determined to find a solution for keeping our feet warm and dry through it all. So we set out to build the most protective, most comfortable, most reliable boots on the planet—no matter what the conditions. And The Original Muck Boot Company was born providing 100% waterproof boots and footwear that withstand the muckiest situations in every season.
Over the past two decades we have had the freedom to innovate, experiment, and test our products in every single element—because outside, there are way more than four seasons. That’s why we’ve designed each of our styles to work hard for every task and brave every condition—so you can be protected, productive, and always in your comfort zone, no matter what the weather.

I went up a size due to the neoprene lining in the shoe for a better fit while wearing socks.
Have had three pairs now over the last twelve years, good when cutting the lawns, Cutting the Hedge, Greenhouse work, sweeping up, tidying borders.
They are not designed to do heavy work in the garden like digging borders with a spade. light fork work is ok.
With the previous Muck Boot Shoes it was always the sole that wore out, and side split, but they were still comfortable until a new pair arrived.
The tread has also improved over the years, a deeper tread giving a better grip when slippery.
And, I'm just so pleased with them. After all, the tight (but comfortable) fit is excactly what I wanted from these gardening shoes. Fed up of coming in from the garden with wet feet/socks and I don't have to worry now about cleaning them as they're dedicated to dirty garden work and don't have to be worn when I go out anywhere.
Quite expensive for what they are, but they're exactly what I wanted and do the job brilliantly for me (I'm not a welly person).
When ordering the low Wellingtons I went for a size 6, thinking they'd be the right size. Unfortunately they're slightly too small. Not enough to be uncomfortable, just tighter than I like.
The real issue is the elasticated top. It's so tight that it's difficult to get my feet into the boots, especially when wearing socks.
On the plus side, the boots look good, are comfortable on my soles and have yet to let in any water from wet grass and mud.
