Nice and comfy coat, I’ll only give 3 stars because the material is very thin and could rip easily and also, it has 2 inside pockets which in theory is great, but both of those pockets have a slight unstitched bit and my phone slipped through it once, luckily it fell on my car seat. Maybe it’s just my jacket, but still worth letting know.

Ordered this jacket in burgundy as I already have the black one, and love it (despite the hood that doesn't stay up by itself). It's so versatile, lightweight and warm, I couldn't resist buying the burgundy version when it came up on sale for a bargain price. However, it's not burgundy, it's a bright purple colour with pink tones, not a red/purple colour, which I consider a true burgundy to be. Unfortunately, colours with any amount of pink in them do nothing for my colouring at all, so it's being returned.

Great as of now ! I ordered a size 16 for my 14-16 range and this is comfy without hanging loose. Still gives shape and looks slim. Colour is a rick Burgundy with no shine/gloss. Contrast grey in the inside bit. All looks good and wore it briefly yesterday over a top and thinnish sweater. Warm and snug for this time of the year when anything can happen. There were icy winds yesterday. Expensive looking. I would wash it in a bucket with a bit of shampoo, rinse it in clear water (altogether 5 min work) and hang to dry in bathtub overnight. That works for any of my delicate clothes.

This is the best jacket ever!!! Very light and so warm. Really waterproof!! Will definitely buy more colours!!! Shame that the price on each colour is different - I choose the cheapest option. I did buy Burgundy for 19.99 instead of Navy for 34.99. Still very pleased. Highly recommended!!!

Good jacket, warm and very light. Only complaint is not as padded as I expected , it feels as though some areas have more padding than others.
Update .... I have now worn this jacket on a good few walks and find it very comfortable and cosy . A very light jacket to wear or to roll up and stick in a backpack. Major problem is ... it is not waterproof , not even showerproof I have been soaked through n heavy rain and wet in patches in very light drizzle !!!!!

I have bought 2 of these coats previously directly from Mountain Warehouse and have been over the moon with them .Both coats have had lots of use and been washed countless times . Unfortunately this is not the case with this coat that I have purchased from Amazon. I have washed it once (yesterday) and to my dismay it is now all but useless to me the padding has bunched together in areas leaving other areas without any padding at all ! So will not provide the warmth and protection I would expect. If someone was to ask my opinion I would have to say I would question wether or not it was the genuine article or maybe a seconds ! Very very disappointed.
