I ordered these boots, but they are far too big. Although all my footwear is size 7. I contacted the seller because I want to send the item back. They don't have the same size for the size of 6.5. However, I ordered another pair, which is 80£. Fiar enough. They are premium boots. Let's get back to the concern: They replied, but they don't provide a pre-paid label. They will do that only if the boots are damaged or there is a manufactory problem. That's a shame, because when you pay over 50£ for a pair of boots, and then they don't fit the way you want, of course, you want to send them back and get a pair that suits you.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience and their customer service. However, I am sure Amazon will look into this and they will take the right actions.

Cannot fault a magnum boot. These replace a pair of 8” boots that gave up the ghost after years of service. The 6” boot is preferable - this exact model I used in service as a police officer on very long shifts. Extremely long wearing, really comfortable to the point they feel like slippers and protective (don’t slip, extreme grip and fend off rock and fallen branch strikes when out enjoying long walks). Interesting poin, the three pairs of these I’ve owned have broken in with two short walks with only a pair of sport socks and feet didn’t suffer a great deal
I will NEVER wear another brand of boot and so long as these are manufactured I will buy them for my job and for my leisure.

I used to wear Magnum boots for work but stopped wearing them when I retired but just recently I’ve been looking to replace my dog walking boot so decided that I couldn’t go wrong with wearing the Magnum work boots and I’m so glad I did because as soon as I tried them on they fitted perfectly and so light and comfortable. After a couple of dog walks through wet fields and muddy woods they were broken in. They are also so easy to get on and off without undoing the laces all the way down. Fantastic value for money and I personally know that they will last a lot longer than expensive walking boots.

Bought these for my husband. They are advertised as a unisex boots. Unfortunately, they were far too narrow for my husband's feet (he wears a size 7). Had to return them. It seems difficult now to find boots that are for men or women, with a lot of brands going down the unisex route, which just means that the boots are far too narrow for men, but would probably be fine for women's feet

I bought these boots for dog walking as opposed to "walking boots" my reasoning being that these are work boots and as such designed for people to wear 8 to 10 hours per day. They arrived promptly and I used them straight away. The first couple of days (ie about 3hours) they were slightly stiff around the ankle but no issues anywhere else...and then ...just wow. They are so so comfortable, waterproof and warm, tho not so warm you get sweaty feet.. I found them to be quite a wide fitting so my feet could spread with no squished toes. I have worn them for twice a day for dog walks, a good few miles, through all kinds of terrain and weather conditions and they've been excellent. So good intact that I bought my husband a pair.. he thinks they're fab too and very goo value for money too..
