There are clear instructions on how to apply the cover to the macbook so I had no issues with it cracking or breaking. I can see that if you apply it wrong then it would break but that is why they have instructions (with pictures) so you shouldn't go wrong. The only part I don't like is the brand name written on the side of the spacebar but not enough for me to give less than 5 stars! Great value for money.

When I first reviewed this case it looked great, not a perfect fit, but hey, at least it protected my laptop.

Unfortunately for the last 6 months or so the coating has rubbed off and the plastic has proven very brittle, with pieces cracking off even though it has been kept and used mainly in an office setting.

I don't think I would buy a Mosiso case again due to this experience and am confused at all the five star ratings, as to me it has been unremarkable.

PROS
Matte effect looks nice initially.

CONS
Not perfect fit.
More expensive than other options.
Quickly looks tacky as brittle plastic snaps and splinters, as well as matte coating coming off.

According to customer service we should be throwing away a plastic case every year, I feel bad for the environment...

Extremely poor quality. Unfortunately I can’t return it because I bought it few months ago but put it on just now. I don’t carry my laptop anywhere so there’s no pressure on the case or any rubbing. It’s cracked on the corners as it shown on the photos and also leaves stains from touching it (never touch it with dirty hands). I take care of my laptop and always wipe it and wash my hands before using it but these marks can’t be cleaned. I’m so disappointed.

Where to begin! It did not fit the upper side of my MacBook Pro. I checked the model of my laptop before purchase to make sure it was the right one but yet the case did not fit. Secondly, it was chipped in several places and almost bend in one place - I think I even scratched my own laptop when trying to put it on (I am so upset about this!). Lastly the keyboard does not match my keyboard. They upper part, from ‘esc’ onwards is missing in both available options. My recommendation is avoid!

Colour was great, but would not recommend for new MacBooks. I bought for my new MacBook Pro and it doesn’t fit (despite matching code). The bottom cover fit well, but the lid cover would not clip on. I had to use quite a bit of force, and gave up in the end because i was worried I was going to damage my laptop. I also tried to use the screen protector but it picked up all the dust in the air and then the screen was full of bubbles.
So waste of money, I can’t return as I unwrapped everything to try fit it.

Leaves marks on your case and impossible to clean

I bought this case a week and a half ago, I barely even use my macbook and my case already looks dirty even though- I've tried to clean it multiple times. It leaves fingerprints around the case and I've tried to use different products to clean it but it didn't work. It makes my laptop look dirty- I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and wouldn't buy from this brand again. The keyboard skin and screen protector on the other hand- are perfect and I love the colour I've chosen. If anyone has any suggestions of what products to use when cleaning- please let me know.

I was exited to try this cover case set for my new MacBook Pro 13inch (2019), and bought it based on the positive reviews and pictures. The print seemed to be fine however the quality unfortunately is really bad, it started to crack after the first month of use. The keyboard skin also doesn't fit very well and is slightly bigger. Even though I've been cautious of the way I was using it, it didn't last at all. Really disappointed with this cover case set as the price is also high for the poor product.

Sadly, it cracked within a couple of weeks, part of the corner actually came off, and I believe the back has also cracked. I very rarely write a negative review so I am sad to do so but I could not recommend this product.

I got this for my A1708 unit MacBook Pro. It fit alright, but the art and colour isn’t as good as you see in the photos. Still, it came with two keyboard covers, but only one of them will fit if you either have the UK or US keyboard. When I first put the cover on top, it would make a clicking sound against my laptop when I would open it. This eventually went away but I fear that I might have shaved off a bit of the cover (or my laptop) by doing it. So I’d say the fit isn’t 100%. Otherwise it’s fine. There are probably better fitting cases out there, but if you’re not picky, this is fine. It’s a good deal if you consider the screen protector that comes with it.

The feel of the product is nice to touch
get finger prints on it very easy and hard to get off,
the plastic keyboard cover feels great but its not the perfect fit, and doesn't allow backlight keyboard to be visible at all.

Overall I am still using it as it does protect my £1400 from scratch and dust to get into it

The actual cover it’s self fits well and offers good protection, however the keyboard cover in the picture is colour coded to the case but it came with just a clear one, that’s ok though and not a big deal but the description needs updating or the product image changing. .
My only real moan is the the screen protector was damaged and so not a great fit. It will suffice until purchase a replacement.
