I had a bomber jacket when I was at school in the 1990s. They were the in-thing at the time. It had an orange inner liner and a zip up front and zip pockets on the sleeves. I loved it.
This one is slightly different to that one. The inner liner is black. There is no zip down the front, only poppers. There are no pockets on the sleeves. So not quite as I was imagining it to be before it arrived, but still it is a good jacket. The poppers fasten securely down the front. Maybe they let more air in than a zip would making this a little colder, but during the hotter days the air may well be good to help my body breathe.
The two hand pockets are elasticated so can stretch around things, but are quite small in volume/size, and they are angled so stuff could fall out of them, although the elastication might keep your precious belongings safe within depending on what they are.
Also as it is a bomber jacket it has no hood so you may need to carry an umbrella around when wearing this. And I have yet to wash this to see how it turns out.
But overall this jacket is nice, it is black so you can walk around inconspicuously in it, and it is comfortable and light to wear.

I like this jacket, even though it's not something I would usually buy. The fit is good, although there isn't much room in the belly area. It's 100% manmade fibre, so nice and warm but with little breathability. It's one for the autumn and sunny winter days.
The studs are well made and work fine although a hidden zip would have been preferable. The pockets are decent and comfortable to walk in, my hands don't get too sweaty. The cuffs and bottom edge are elasticated but thankfully not too tight.
The overall design is nice and modern, but I don't know where the 'bomber jacket' comes in to it.
The main problem I have is the price, at forty pounds this is close to big name-brand territory. If you can get it for £30 or less then it's good buy and recommended.

Amazon Vine have kindly provided me with this black bomber jacket from Meraki to review.i have been provided witha size 38 to review. The jacket fits me quite well and feels and looks pretty decent. This is a well made but light jacket,so it is not really heavy enough to wear during the coldest temperatures in Winter,More of a Spring/Summer jacket. The bomber jacket is machine washable to 40 degrees, has elasticated cuffs, clip on metal buttons at the front, and 2 unzipped side pockets. The jacket is also provided with an internal zipped pocket. The jacket doesn't really look much like a bomber jacket,to be honest.

This is a great bomber jacket. Lightweight, so not really for the winter, but if worn with a decent thick jumper, might be okay.
This is a large size but I would feel is more a size medium so be mindful of sizing if you are a large.
Quality wise, it feels quite luxurious and is soft to the touch. It doesn’t look cheap at all and washes well: wash on 30 degrees for caution though.
Lovely! My son is thrilled!

This is a lovely quality jacket. It's quite heavy and well put together. Good solid press stud buttons. Mine is a Large size but for me it is a little on the small size - somewhere between medium and large.
Really nice and comfortable though and looks great.

This is a little on the smaller size I feel for a large but not by much. The quality is outstanding and the style is so simple yet so well done that it's chic and stylish. Would look great as a casual jacket but could just as easily be worn smart. It feels so good on and hangs in all the right places. I would for sure buy this at the current price or around forty po nds as the its really honestly a bargain.

This is a nice smart jacket that I would say is better suited to wearing out in the evenings or in the summer on the not so warm days rather than daily use especially in the winter. It looks and feels very good quality and its comfortable to wear, it doesn't have a zip but the buttons keep it done up well. I have the medium size and it fits perfectly.
