4.0 out of 5 stars From a new player: an enjoyable game
By CS Ang on 17 July 2021
Speaking as a new player who didn’t play the WIi version , skyward sword is shaping up quite nicely. I am 10 hours into the game and just finished two temples. The quality of life features added really help make it a really enjoyable experience compared to older Zelda games which can be quite punishingly unfair.

The motion control however is still something I can’t get on board with but luckily we can just play the game on traditional buttons and sticks. It does take a while to get use to sword fight using the stick.

If you are a Zelda fan who has never played this game , you will likely enjoy it with the improvements.

One thing that bugs me though is a 10 year old game with some minor update , sold at full price. Not cool Nintendo.
