Awesome! But I'm a little confused...

Im built like a 5'8" world's strongest man contestant (thick but in shape) and the fit and flexibility are unreal on these things. So good. Bottom line is I love them. However... I'm confused on the product I received, as what I ordered was athletic fit. All of the tags on the jeans reference athletic fit, but the comfort waistband actually used in the jeans says straight leg tapered fit, which I believe is another fit style offered. I don't know which ones wrong, but they work and feel great so they get almost five stars since I'm happy but confused. Going to order another pair to see what the deal is.

Love It and Hate It

What I absolutely love is that these pants/jeans are so comfy when lounging around or hanging out. They have that oh-so-nice stretch when needed. They last a fairly good amount of wear and tear too. But why I also hate them is 1) after 1st wash the back pockets droop at the top making them look shabby to onlookers. 2) the bottom seam on each leg always wants to flip up and you have to push it down a lot. 3) When walking they want to slide down and I am always pulling them up. To feel comfy in the seat, these are the ones to get if you are in different positions all day. 3) Others who wear these, like the younger generation, when they squat, come off the butt and you can see the wearer's underwear...not just the top of their underwear but the pants seem to come completely down while squatting and sit below the butt. I think "how embarrassing" which is why I am always pulling them up when I walk". That too feels embarrassing. So if it were not for overall comfort, I would have to buy something else.

Extreme comfort jeans

These are really comfortable "jeans" and they do have the ability for extreme motion. The material stretches, including the pockets and definitely the waist band. I can carry IWB or OWB and be comfortable either way. You can lift or stretch your legs as far as you are humanly able, these will not restrict movement.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pockets seem to eject the contents, just while walking. The pair I am wearing now pushed out some one dollar bills while walking around the grocery, my son happened to notice one hit the floor and another was out nearly all the way of the front left pocket. I had noticed earlier that the back left pocket seemed like it was trying to eject the postcard size paper that I had put in it. So, after the dollar bill fell I realized that was what was probably going on with the back pocket.
So far tho, they don't eject stuff out while on the couch, which I have had pants/shorts do previously.

Fits a bit to loose at the thighs, waist, and rear, even though it is the size I ordered and usually use. But I have found that even the same brand pants from the same pile in a stack at the store will have pretty large variations, despite being the same style and size, so your mileage may vary. The fit on the Costco Buffalo jeans was better, but missing the gusset feature of the Lees. I may trfy running these through the washer on hot and the dryer on high to see if that helps. Overall, OK for working in the yard or house, but a bit slack for anything else - at least for me.

Colors fit different than others.

These pants are weird. I purchased the darker color about 2 months before I purchases the lighter version and they both fit totally different...the darker is definitely a tighter fit, but exactly what I was looking for in a stretch pair of jeans and the light color is much looser throughout the thigh and waist...I would buy the darker again but not the light version...how can they be that much different of a fit.

I have owned levis 501, levis 559, wrangler, urban pipeline, and others. It's hard for every jean to fit you right through out your life. I would say these jeans are the best fitting ones I have had so far. I especially like the stretchy material and the way the jeans fit at the point where the shoes and the jeans meet. I think you could where these with tennis shoes and boots. I wear these to work, I work 11 hour shift, and I sometime forget about them. That's how comfortable these are. As far as craftsmanship goes, it's only been about a month, too early to tell. I would recommend them.

It's very hard for me to find pants because I have huge thick muscular things and normal size calves. But these are great. They fit the way it says. Loose stretch in the thighs and taper off. If you have sporting legs. Rugby or football. Great for you.

I’ve ordered 3 athletic fit tapered jeans, two 36x30s and one 36x29. The 36x29 fits much tighter in the waist unfortunately, I can still wear them but it brings a little discomfort, I did buy a 36x29 but it feels more like a 34x29.
Besides for that the jeans are great, nice give, good feel, outstanding price.
My only complaint is I wish the taper was a bit more “sharp” for a tapered Jean it’s a bit baggy at the very end that’s the whole reason why I sized down in length, I figured if I did that the taper would look better on me, unfortunately it’s still a bit baggy around the ankle area for me personally. Nonetheless fantastic jeans 10/10 would buy again for work purposes.

I ordered these for my husband because he hates to shop. the color is Fella, a faded blue gray. he liked the stretch in the waistband. he has a wood shop and does gardening so the ease in fabric is a must. they do not fit tight anywhere. thighs are very loose. legs are not tapered like a skinny jean. he is not a young man and these fit his age very well. washed and dried without wrinkles or shrinking. will order more of this style in different colors.

The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because all my regular jeans are size 38.
I ordered 38 in these and they are at least one size to big even after running them through the dryer multiple times. That should be in the description saying they stretch to a size 40 or what ever the number is. So if you order these stretchy jeans which are very comfortable order a size smaller. Length was good.
