Fantastic Film.

As a German Shepherd lover I love this film. Usually if there's an animal in a film it steals every scene. But James Belushi is as funny as Jerry Lee, and not at all out done by Jerry Lee. The poodle scene cracked me up, the barroom scene is hilarious, and Jerry Lee pretending to be dead is so funny. Kudos to the dog trainer. I lost my German Shepherd a few years back, and this makes me want to go out and get another. Brilliant, funny, film.

Dog lover or not this is a classic albeit 80's dated comedy. I could watch it over and over again. Oh, my children do.

Love it, so funny!

I’m very picky with comedies, as they aren’t my favourite genre. This though is soooo funny. Belushi, jerry lee, and the script are spot on. Treat yourself to a laugh and buy it.....

Funny movie that pulls at your heart strings.

This film is one of the classics of my childhood. It is an "I don't need a partner" copper film where the character is forced to partner with a very smart, lovable, headstrong alsatian. As with all these types of films, you watch the relationship between the partners blossom while they catch some bad guys and have some funny mishaps along the way.

I dare you not to cry and smile at the end.
