A nice little movies

This is a sweet little film where a teenage kid (Page) gets pregnant (by Cera), and decides to have the child privately adopted (to Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman), rather than have an abortion.

It could be all dark and depressing, but instead it's handled with warmth and humour. The acting is good all round (Page got an Oscar nomination I think), and the story flows well. I would recommend it you think you'd remotely enjoy this sort of thing.

I watched Nick And Norah's Infinite Playlist a few weeks ago & really liked one of the actors who turned out to be a lad called Michael Cera so after googling him I found the film Juno.

I didn't know what to think of Juno at first and i have to admit when i did buy it it was kept on my desk for ages till I got round to watching it. But once I started to watch it i was pleasantly surprised. It really is such a fun / feel good film.

Yes it has a little bit of sexual references & swearing. But it's ok. it doesn't stick out like it some movies I watch, it fits into the story perfectly.

All in all a very good film.

Quirky, refreshing and incredibly moving, this is a brilliant film about teen pregnancy. This is a teen with attitude, but also maturity. I watched it when I was pregnant and related to it so much. I love the portrayal of two kinds of mothers, the natural birth mother and the adoptive mother and their corresponding journeys and dilemmas. There is a lot of emotion in this film, I think it's beautifully written.

I liked this movie. Didn’t love it like a lot of others seem to... but maybe it went over my head? Either way, definitely watchable.

Such a beautiful and warm film, watched it with my 12 year old daughter who hates anything to do with sex or snogging on tv, she loved it.
Beautiful relationships throughout, heartwarming.

Juno in my small collection of all time favourites!

I recently started building a small collection of my all time favourite films (20-30 blu-rays) and Juno was one of my first purchases. Such a great film, I’ve watched it, I’m not sure but let's just say A LOT of times. It's funny, heart warming, the music is fantastic and just the general feel of the film is amazing. I love Ellen Page so I might be slightly bias ;)
