A good film. though 2013 this is the first of many films with Alison Sweeny. Parts well played , acted allowing a watcher to step into the film with the characters. Two children played the parts of children of a single mother excellently. It seems that whenever you see Larry Levinson's name the film is a good one.

Watched on Amazon Prime. A romantic story about a couple who have both lost loved ones coming together. Enjoyable and the kids are funny.

Actress has a touch of the Doris Day (with Rock Hudson) era. Feisty rather than just pretty. And the premise is a little bit richer than the usual kitsch. Legitimate, interesting 'what-if'. Well worth your time.

Who doesn't love a fireman...and a dispatcher. This is a great movie for the genre. Not usually my cup of tea but I'd had a difficult day, was tired and just wanted a feel good movie. So plumbed for this one and glad I did. Greg Vaughan as the fireman (so wonderfully easy on the eye and with a voice as gentle as a summer nights breeze!) played the part with talent and a feel for the character. Alison Sweeny as the dispatcher he was destined to meet completed the couple. They did make a good couple and there was enough chemistry between them to make it believable.
The kids were charming and talented and were a pleasure to watch.
All in all this was a very good movie of it's type and didn't pretend to be anything else. So although it was predictable it played out in an enjoyable and feel good way. Just what I needed. So I've given it 5 stars for that reason. I can recommend it especially for anyone that likes gently romantic movies.
