This was for a friend of mine. When I picked it up after it was delivered I heard the disc rattle, I just thought that it came loose, when I gave it to my friend i explained that it's loose, so when she opened it there was a crack right down the middle and a broken disc she was so not happy.

While the movie is based around the Privileged vs Underprivileged, it has some depth and touches upon what is real; undeniable human emotion that is love.

Katie Holmes is very natural as an actor. Wondering what her career in Hollywood would have been like had she not married the Psycho Cruise. Just saying ;-)

Not my taste

I found it boring. It is just not my taste. The trailer shows too much of the movie. Then the movie itself is so long and mostly predictable.

A movie with a sweet meaning.

Is a very sweet movie between the relationship of a US preident and his daughter. Good lesson on comunication, sacrifice and humility with honesty which brings to a good ending. Just like life when we live these principals. The music is fantastic and properly organized. Well acted and directed.

A rainy day film

A fairly reasonable family film. College life is portrayed as parties and 'hooking up' which is a shame.
It has some heart warming moments but nothing too special. I did manage to watch it from beginning to end without looking out the window and that is a good test of a film.

Some language, no sex or nudity though innuendo rears its ugly head, no drug misuse or excessive violence.

Romanticises a controlling father-daughter relationship and a romantic relationship between a teenager and a much older man who is lying to her and breaching his professional responsibilities.
