Bought for my son and he loves them. Very nice on and hold their shape well unlike some of the other brands. Defo recommended.

Identical twin poker straight slits

These are a strange fit for skinny jeans. The legs are indeed skinny, but the jeans are unusually high waisted and saggy under the crotch.

The slits are identical in both knees, and they're poker straight lines - there's no unraveling or natural wear effect. It looks like you walked into a strimmer.

The slits are also quite narrow, they don't go the full width from seam to seam. So when you sit down you get a bulge of extruded knee forced out.

You can improve the slits yourself, just take a pair of scissors to them to widen them and lose the identical twin effect, but you're still stuck with a saggy crotch and the naffness of having both knees open.

Are these supposed to come pre-slashed? My knees were fully intact.

There's a sentence I never thought I'd write. It doesn't really matter about the lack of slashes, I'm just amazed that I can fit onto a 30-inch waist. I guess my weight loss really is paying off. Again, these are functional and plain. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors as your movement is limited. Chop 'em off above the knee and slash a couple of vertical inches on the outside thighs and you've got a nice pair of summer cut-offs.

OK, why has this daft fashion come round again? I'm old enough to remember holes in jeans from way back, when I was so poor that my jeans actually did end up with holes in them, not as a choice but because I couldn't get a new pair. I was also skinny enough to carry off this style....

The jeans fit OK, but the length available was too long for me, which meant the trendy holes revealed my hairy shins rather than fetchingly smooth knees. I will be adapting them into three quarter length pants, just right for the summer... the slits are just right for that.

FIND are a good brand, quality fabric, great design and they look good.

My issue is, as ever, with sizing. So many 'standard' measurements are off....there is very little consistency between different pairs, between different colours. Some come up big, some small, some have bigger rises than others....it's so hit and miss!
So my advice is to just beware, choose sensibly and don't be surprised if the size you think you are might not fit. It's worth ordering more than one pair for trying on's sake.

Superb jeans once you get the right size.

Don’t let the super skinny fit title put you off too much. Because of the cotton-elastane mix (98% Cotton, 2% Elastane) there is a bit of give in them when you have them on. The fit isn’t the greatest on me as they sag slightly further up but they’re especially tight at the thighs. The distressed look involves a couple of skits on the knees which aren’t particularly well executed and to be honest I’d have preferred them without the slits. I don’t mind the faded look but the slits aren’t my style and I don’t think they look especially good. A bit disappointed with these.

Nice Stretchy Feel

As with the other FIND jeans I have, these fit exactly as expected. They have a nice stretchy feel to them whilst not being too close fitting, meaning they have all the benefits of being both super comfortable and flattering. Although the description describes these as distressed jeans, in actual fact there is very little distressing, with the knee slits not obvious at all; the picture is a very accurate representation.

There is no sign of the dye rubbing off, as sometimes happens with dark jeans.

Overall very happy indeed.

Extremely comfortable, well made, quality jeans in a slate-grey colour. A bit of give in the fabric, nice and skinny. Long in the leg for me, so I have turned them under inside the jeans.Two rather uniform slits at the knee on both legs. Not exactly distressed, as the jeans are not worn, just slitted. Very good for casual wear - got them on now. Be careful when putting them on, or you will tear them by putting your toes through the two slits.

Will wear these onstage with my band happily.

Very reasonably priced.

The material appears good quality and is slightly stretchy which gives a good fit and they are comfortable to wear. The “wear” is applied in a straight line down each leg and the rips across the knees are more of a cut than a rip, they're not really visible when standing up and only appear when sitting down. The size stated appears correct. They have a zip fly with a button fastening and small rivets on the front pockets. Stylish jeans that are well made and look good on, I like them.

A good basics range, but they're not my favourite from Find (who must have some great designers behind them because I normally love this range). These are 'good enough', fit well, but the quality lets them down a bit I think.They're a little bit papery and oily. I don't see them lasting more than one summer, they're quite thin, and the black fades after a few washes.

Good for a few weeks, like a holiday pair of trousers, but not that good long term.

The Amazon pictures show exactly what you're getting. Black skinny jeans with slit, slightly frayed knees. I am a 31" LEG and these are a little too long. That said they are comfortable and the 2% elastane in the 98% cotton allows a slight stretch of the material.
Nice deep front pockets which should safeguard the average size wallet. Good size emergency fund (condom) pocket and 2 large rear pockets.
All in all, a very nice pair of jeans.
