When I watched this I thought what a clever plot line. The film was well cast. Especially the couple, Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz. Their chemistry is undeniable. Not surprised they married soon after. I thought Craig’s performance was remarkable. When I saw Elias Koteas, I knew we were in for a great film. He’s superb.
The plot isn’t straightforward. There are plenty of twists and turns. The ending was a real out of left field surprise. Recommend this film.

You know there's going to be a twist and there is one, or two or even three. Going any urther could spoil the film for you. As ever, beautifully acted by Mr & Mrs Craig. Well written, well thought out, though I think it could have been longer to draw out some parts of the story. Thoroughly worth watching. A grown up suspense/horror film.

I rented this thinking I could project it on my tv from my phone, like I do with youtube. I was unable to do this and as I was watching the film with somebody else, it wasn't practical to view my phone, so I didn't actually watch it.

Not too impressed!

Three well-known names, Daniel Craig leading the cast, but I was not too impressed with the story, and as someone mentioned, it's for renting not having. However, as we are in the habit of buying to keep, it will be in the collection for a while to come. As a story with a supernatural element, it's disappointing and certainly not in the class of The Awakening or The Woman in Black. There's no atmosphere, no darkness ........

I suppose it's okay for one viewing, perhaps it should have been a thriller with no winding sheet in sight, as it is it's neither fish nor foul.

Great film with lots of twists. A very different Craig Daniels plays a main character in this film. Well worth watching . Star studded cast.

The acting was dreadful in this movie! And although there were some quite clever twists and turns in the script I was very bored with it much of the time. As another review here said it was a missed opportunity. With better scripting it could have worked well but the dialogue is poor and the film jumps around so much it just feels like a desperate attempt to hold your attention and destruct you from the fact that it's all a bit meh
