Wooden acting - if I'd known, I wooden of watched.

I'm glad I didn't pay for this. From the start the music was overpowering and didn't add anything to the film - almost like someone inadvertently played the soundtrack from a 1970s softcore porn movie. Then the acting...I must have blinked and missed it No decent acting in the whole thing. They tried, bless them, but it is almost like they were embarrassed to be part of it. Then the typical mistake, a lot of films do this, the guns with a magazine of 50 or 60 rounds. Also, talking about guns and shooting, the guy is the best trained assassin in the US army yet he Fires four shots at 2 targets from 12 feet away and doesn't come close (now we know why the USA didn't win the Vietnam war). He gets in a gun fight and just blats away with 30 odd shots from his pistol at two targets (they are doing the same ) and everyone misses. There's a mexican stand off and he works out a triple ricochet shot to shoot the 'black hat' round the corner. So he can't shoot straight, but he can shoot round corners. That's two hours of my life wasted. It would play better if they threw a few laughs in and made it a comedy spoof.

Worst film ever

Why was this film ever made? Micheal Jai Willams and Sean Austin have done and can do better the script was so wooden a first year grad student could have wrote better.
The dialogue did not suite the Actors what so ever, too many pauses between lines and the direction was pathetic, was this directed by a high school student?
The Martial arts during the film were tame compared to other films by these Actors.
Don't waste your time watching or buying this if I could have given it no stars I would have done.

What with the whiskey?
Verified purchase
20 minutes in, and all I see are guys drinking whisky. Seriously, I paused it at 19:22 mins at the fourth guys drinking scene.

I love Michael Jai White as an action actor. I seen loads of his, along with Scott Atkins and many others. I know what I'm getting with a fight movie.

So why is this so boring, amateur and focussed on whiskey drinking so far?

If it gets better I'll change the review but the odd camera effect is one I only see in very bad movies.

This was a let down. Not Michael Jai White's usual standard of film, as you could tell it was low budget from the outset, so would avoid, even if a Michael Jai White fan like myself. Such a shame as he is such a good actor and martial artist, whose other films are brilliant and show that he should be given many more roles than he gets, but here the storyline and director just didn't show case his skills or give him a storyline with any interest.

Don't waste your time with this "movie"

Considering that both Michael Jai White and Steve Austin have both proven that they can actually act, you would never believe after watching this crap. The whole script appears to have been written by a complete moron, well beyond the realms of reality. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if the writer was also the director, because it was really badly put together. Considering that the majority of the characters were supposed to be ex military, not one of them could shoot straight. As for the acting, I would say that the only difference between Gerry Anderson's "Thunderbirds" and this movie, is that you couldn't see the strings in "Thunderbirds". Avoid at all costs......It's 1hr and 27mins of your life you aren't ever getting back.
