It's a good little movie

We enjoyed it. Don't worry about the unanswered questions that will pop up in your head afterwards, my husband says sometimes you don't ever get to know why some things happen, and that's life in a nutshell. Deep words from my bit o' rough and he's right. Just watch with an easy eye and an open mind and you'll like it fine.

I saw the trailer for this movie a couple of times and it really put me off seeing it i thought it was a cheap verison of the classic JUNO. Well i just ate my words up after i saw this striking and fun film, it was really enjoyable and the story is just about growing up and the funny moments of life, Kat Dennings is the show stopper for me she plays a young teenage girl thrown into a new town and high school with a lot of funny, drama and serious tones thrown into the mix i enjoyed this little story very much.

Daydream Nation probably hasn't been seen by many people but it should because its simply a class little film. The story centres around Kat Dennings character who has just moved to a little hick town in America and sets her sights on Josh Lucas' teacher character. Reese Thompson last seen in the undervalued and rarely seen Assassination of a High School President is once again brilliant in this little corker of a film. Andie Mc Dowell is also in it, I mean its been a while since I seen her on screen, worth seeing it for her alone. But forget about performances, films are about entertainment and boy does this entertain. I can't recommend this film enough.

A good indie movie!

It's worth a watch and at a really good price. I like Kat Dennings and I love indie movies! I just wish they would stop liking indie films to Donnie Darko its nothing like it or Juno for that matter.

Her name is Caroline and there's even cupcakes in at least one scene but aside from that freaky coinky dink...

Well I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed this for the most part. Thanks to the performances. Plus Josh Lucas is a frickin dream boat. And Reece Thompson is SO gorgeous. Also Rachel Blanchard is beautiful. Finally Kat Dennings is a revelation. Even Andie MacDowell is good here. There's at least one extremely graphic extreme death scene.
