We used this screwdriver once to open a child’s toy to replace the batteries. The tip snapped off. It was part of a set and I haven’t used the rest yet. Some of the negative reviews also mention this.
I contacted their customer service on 08th January, it’s now 29 th January and they’re still asking questions, wanting photos, passing my complaint to different departments and each time it’s the same questions and photos they want. This is one £7.00 screwdriver, I’m asking them to replace. The goods are poor and the after care is …I haven’t got a word for it.
