Badly-sewn neck seam came adrift on second wearing - otherwise, nice to wear

Let me start by saying that this is a nice T-shirt to wear, as it should be for £39. I bought two of these T-shirts back in January 2022; the other is blue and is fine. However, this black one has a badly-sewn neck seam which came adrift on second wearing. See photo. I take a lot of care with my clothes and this is definitely a quality-control issue.
