Comfy, but could be better

So, for the few months I have had these All Terrain Crocs they have been extremely comfy. I use them mainly for working around the house and garden. However, I have experienced 2 quality issues. Firstly, the black lugs on the sole are made of a hard plastic and are simply glued onto the soft sole material. As the shoe flexes, they have been working loose and eventually falling off. Secondly, a simple tug on the heel strap caused the shoe to split at the strap anchor point, where the shoe material has no additional strengthening. Buyer beware.

Size confusion

I received these Crocs yesterday. The ordering and delivery from Amazon was excellent as usual.
I unpacked the Crocs and they appeared to be fine they seem well made and sturdy. These are my first pair so I was not sure what they should be like, however the quality seemed good. They felt a little loose but not too bad so I made a mistake and wore them out in the garden. The reason I bought Crocs was as an easy slip on alternative to going out wearing my indoor slippers or having to go through the aggravation of putting on out door shoes.
However now it is obvious that they are too big for me. The Crocs are marked as M 11. The tab on the packaging showed them as US size 11 UK size 10. When the are on I can easily fit my thumb into the space between my heel and the raised food bed at the back of the Crocks. They look and feel to me as a size 11.
I have no previous experience so I do not know if I have just been unlucky or if this is how they are. Sadly now I have a pair of Crocs that do not fit but I cannot return.
My advice is to be careful when ordering when it comes to size. Possibly consider a size down from normal.

I’m so disappointed. I wear my classic Crocs all the time, and do a lot of walking so thought the all terrain version would be perfect. They look lovely, but they’re like boats, no way would I be able to use them. I checked the size on the crocs themselves and they are the same size as my classics (7m 6w), so I guess this ‘model’ must just come up very large. I’d order another size down, but it’s the width as well as the length, and I fear that they would also be really wide.

Having worn crocs for many years . Original and clones . The originals are the best . My last pair lasted three. Or more years , Fit as expected . I ordered Mens 9 and recieved Mens 10 . Not worried though . Comfort and quality as you would expect . Normally I would not use the back strap . But I must say the new elasticated strap is good . I have now ordered the Crocs Butter to care for them .
I have now been on my maiden voyage to the Co op . I didn't feel any stones . Even the tactile slabs were not avoided . Brilliant . I love my new Crocs .
As a footnote . Crocs n Socks . Sometimes lol . But better without .

Tore in four months of very light use

I bought these to replace my 10+ year-old Crocs that were finally looking a little worse for wear.

The Velcro strap seemed like a good idea, but it ends up just getting caught on things and scratching the back of my foot itchily. As a result, I only wore these Crocs occasionally when nipping out to the shed or taking the rubbish out.

Putting them on this morning, the point where the strap meets the shoe just tore through completely. They were not (and never have been) under significant strain, so this must be manufacturing fault. A complete write-off, basically.

As Crocs seem to have a 90-day warranty window, and Amazon have one month, no luck. A waste of more than £30.

The backstraps are rubbish

I bought these to replace my worn out crocs - which had sturdy backstraps. Unfortunately the backstraps on these shoes are unsuitable for purpose - made of flimsy cloth which always twists and whose velcro comes undone After a couple of days of frustration, I rescued the old shoes from the bin and replaced the new straps with those from the old pair Now all is well

Absolutely LOVE these All Terrain Crocs! Too early to tell if they will become as lethal on smooth surfaces as the tread wears down as classic Crocs do, but opted for these in the hope they perform better. Only slight negative is the velcro adjustable part on each of the straps seems MAHOOSIVE, and they stick up a bit. My partner says this looks terrible, but it doesn't really bother me too much. Fabulous for any wet activities, paddling in the sea and when I'm getting in and out of the hot tub, as you can dry them instantly.

Love Crocs, even though the inconsistent sizing is always a bother!

I truly love Crocs, and these are great for hiking and walking out in the mud.

The sizing with Crocs can vary so much between different styles of Crocs that I can't provide any advice in regards to guessing your size, unfortunately, but I find that even if they're a bit too snug or a bit too big, it's worth just putting a pair of socks on or shrinking them a bit with a hairdryer to see if you can make it work!

The small bit of fabric on the back strap might present an issue in terms of cleaning, so these aren't quite as wipe-clean compared to other Crocs clogs, but I love the thick heavy tread and the extra traction it provides while walking on trails.
