Wore and washed the top tshirt bottom is unworn and unwashed. As you can see from the photo it has drastically shrunk. I contacted the seller to inform them and had the following reply.
Hi, we have never received any complain about shrinkage and there is also a temperature requirement for cotton wash. We could give you 20% discount but still I don't think that it is fair to us, thanks.
For them not to feel that the truthfully comments are fair is totally unreasonable i wanted to give them the opertunity to sort before leaving a review, you can't get more reasonable than that. The tshirt was washed at 30 with all the other uniform and everything else is fine.
Would recommend that you don't buy unless you buy it in 3 sizes bigger.
A 20% refund for a faulty item that can no longer be worn by the child it was purchased for is a total insult.

the one on the right was washed at 30 as on the label and shrunk quite a lot messaged the seller through Amazon but no reply will not buy again
