Comfortable and they fit!!!

I llike these trousers - at last I have found something that fits me - I have short legs - and these do not need to be adjusted by my wife like so many others. The waist bank is expandable which is ideal for a fat guy like me. These are comfortable and come at a good price.

Being a big fella, while Indulging over the Christmas (and a couple of months prior to that), my actual waist size is 41”. Depending on a cut I can fit comfortably 38”, 40” & 42” on a baggy side.

Being adjustable waist, I ordered 40” thinking this is a reasonable compromise between my actual size and the stretching abilities.

Even during the unpacking the trousers, it was clear I would have to continue with binge indulgence to fit them... way too big.

I’ve measured the waist with the tape measure and noticed actual size is 42” despite label claming to be 40! As mentioned by previous reviewers, QC might be an issue here.

So my next plan is to tray 38” and hopefully it’s a generous one with stretch to 41”...otherwise I might have to skip a few dinners...

Trousers look OK otherwise, nothing to write home about; the only appeal to me is the stretchable waist.

Worst trousers ever, waist is fine but they are like I’m wearing clown trousers. I could fit my whole body inside one leg.
If I wore them to work people would laugh. Be wary of ordering.

You get what you pay for. While the waistline is ok the cut is desperate. It looks like I have a birdcage stuck down the front of my trousers. Bought them for a wedding and the only place they are going is in the bin. They are not even worth putting in a charity bag. Also the material is way to light.

Nice quality trouser. I ordered waste size 38" as all of my trousers/jeans are that size albeit stretch ones. Going on the comments about being on the large size I thought I would stick with size 38 rather than go with a 40" which I was going to do originally as this type of trouser is never too generous. When they arrived they would be lucky to fit someone with a 36" waste. At full stretch they still went no where near me. I checked the label to see if they had sent the wrong size but it was definitely 38". I haven't bothered sending them back as its generally more aggrovation than it's worth. As I first stated the quality and cut of the trousers is very good and look very smart indeed but I would order a size up.

The trouser were of the expected quality, and the legs of the right length. Unfortunately they were of a high-rise cut which meant that when put on they fell too low giving the impression of having two marsupial pouches above the knees and being too long. Another pair ordered at the same time were fine, being of a different design.

I'm afraid, the only thing that was ok, was the waist band! I ordered the trousers, because they were supposed to be 27" leg, but they were longer than my 29" trousers, also they were very baggy you can grab a handful of material at the back! I wasn't going for the Coco the clown look!
So I returned them for a refund.

Material I’m afraid creates so much static I was fearful of an electric shock. As soon as they were slipped on the static reacting with my leg hair was quite unpleasant. The waist expanding was quite clever but I’m afraid the material just ruined the wearing experience.

Usually take 32 to 34 waist depending on brand. After reading reviews I went for 32 waist... big mistake. No where near fitting, in fact I would safely say that the 34 inch waist definetely wouldn't fit either, even with the stretch waist. I actually bought a 32 inch flexi waist from a competitor and it fitted perfectly.

Comfortable but have a belt ready

I bought 2 of these and they are very comfortable, being a larger person the stretch waistband is great.

The biggest problem I had with BOTH pairs was the flimsy slide clip, with in a day they snapped off leaving me in quite a predicament as they have no button holes, now I have to wear a belt to keep them fastened and this is not acceptable.

They are very comfortable so I will keep wearing them but I will not advise people with a gut to buy them unless you have a belt on hand for when the clip inevitably breaks.

I went for 2 sizes one was bigger than the other and the bigger pairs clip broke first so it's not a sizing issue
