Notice the original black label and the two new blue replacement labels. Champion has completely changed this sock. They’ve changed the quality of these socks. Definitely thinner than the originals and my feet actually slide slightly in them. (Not a size issue, they fit perfect) they also slightly slide inside my sneakers. Probably because of the cheap thin material and contents. Too bad because the originals I bought years ago were the best. If I like a sock I usually buy 4-5 pkgs. so they last a long time. They also used to be made in USA (see pic of label) but now are made by foreign sock makers. Too bad, I will be returning.

Perhaps I pay too much attention to my feet, but I don't think so. My First experience with these socks was many years ago when I bought them at Target. I love these socks so much. You have to get the highest cotton content possible for socks, nylon are only good for running not living life.
I was very excited when my 2 sons feet grew enough to switch to Champion over the kids Nike cotton socks that wear out in about 6 months. Naturally I couldn't find them locally anymore. Hooray for Amazon! Initially I bought 2 white and 2 black six packs. It's been about a year, the white didn't last as well but that kid runs around in just socks too much. I think they would have been fine otherwise.
Now to get more, I'm nervous they will be discontinued (like everything else that I like) so bought 2 more white and 4 black, I wear the black also.

I was trying to find women's ankle socks, but they basically don't sell them in this brand for women. I bought these men's socks (men's size 6-12) as a trial to see if they would fit my slightly larger than normal woman's feet (~men's size 7.5). The socks fit great on my feet, but I think if I were a man they might be too small. If you are a guy and trying to order these you might want to go up a size if your feet are larger than a size 8.

They are thick, stay on my feet without sliding into my shoes and maintain their color pretty well through weekly washings. Whenever I buy another brand I still return to these, my favorite over years. I am female and wear a size 10 so these are a little big but that presents no problems and I prefer this to socks that shrink. I am a manager who spends a lot of time on my feet but still wear office clothing so these socks are great under my black slacks.

Great value! I love these socks, the logo isn’t visible with shoes on, they’re warm but not too warm, my feet don’t stay wet from sweat all day. For about $2 a pair they’re a great value. I’m sure other brands may be marginally better in some aspect but I’ll keep buying these until they stop making them. I see most of the negative reviews are due to fit of larger feet. Im a 9-9.5 for reference and I bought the one size fits all

I love how these socks fit, look, and keep my feet both supported and dry. I hate the unbelievable amount of lint left on my feet when I take them off. I purchased the black socks about four months ago. I wash each pair at least once weekly. I thought the lint would diminish, but no. Take off the socks, walk on a rug, and be prepared to vacuum. Take off the socks and get into bed -- you'll have to wash the sheets the next morning. I've owned Vans socks in the past and never had this problem.

Perhaps it is the incredible fortitude of my toes, yearning to break free of their sock prisons like little baby turtles crawling out of the sand and on to the ocean. Or perhaps it's that these are a cheap-ass product. Either way, the socks were riddled with holes within a few months of regular wear

These socks have just the right amount of rise. No slipping down into my shoes. No sagging down the leg due to inferior elastic and absurd length. My ankles have never been happier!
