The most comfy shoes I've ever worn

I love walking, and walk for miles sometimes, but my feet are a living nightmare. Not only do I have very wide feet. Not only do I have fallen arches. But I also I had hammer toes, so bad that I needed an operation to partially straighten them. After the op I still had problems finding shoes that didn't cripple meand didn't look like orthopedic shoes! Then came Brooks Adrenaline Gts 19.

I can now walk freely, not wincing at evey step, not worrying if I can make it home wthout having to take a cab, not constantly focussing on the pain in my feet. I've even started running a little. Plus the shoes look cool! Paradise. I love these shoes.

Painful shins and foot.

Had to return the shoe.. Too painful and shins and bottom part of feet was burning just after 6 mile run. My Hoka bondi up and asics kayano 20 was torn and ready to be thrown out but I never had issues running on the ready to throw away asics shoe 3 days before I received this one. But this shoe the amount of pain in the shins and bottom part of the foot was so bad. Tried it on a treadmill even and the result was same. Had to return and not for me. Bought a Hoka and feeling much better.

Shoes is too curvy in the front

If you are a regular runner using Brooks GTS shoes like me, this is not the shoes for you, i run 6-10 miles a week and and have been a big user of Brookes GTS from 2007, i upgrade my shoes every year, as usual i upgraded the GTS 17 to this shoes GTS19 and i think i made a big a mistake, this shoes feels a lot tighter for the same size and it very curvy upwards in the front, when i run many times the front toes part of shoes don't even touch the ground, feels odd, it may be just the way i run, I am going back to GTS 17 for sure (only if i can find it somewhere)..

Way too large compared to older molder

This was to have been my third pair of Adrenaline GTS shoes. I ordered the *exact* same size as before, 12 2E. That size fit perfectly on my GTS 16 and GTS 17 pairs. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but the GTS 19s were *way* too large. The inside feel matches the outside look of the pictures. I had to return them. Sigh, I guess it's back to a brick and mortar store.

Short tread life

I've worn these shoes for about 149 miles. Brooks shoes should be good for another 150-180 miles (my last pair of Beasts lasted about 340 miles), but I really should start thinking about replacing these as I seem to have about run the tread off of the part under the balls of my feet.

That's pretty disappointing.

I bought these shoes approximately six months ago. While the fit is okay and arch support is what I need for my flat feet, as you can see by the attached pictures, both shoes are showing damage to the heel part of the shoe. I have not caught the shoes on anything that would cause this. It seems the rubber on the back of the shoe is just rotting off. Not acceptable for a Brooks shoe. I gave it a 2-star rating because of the rotting of the heel part which offsets a higher rating I would have given based on the fit.

Sole comes apart

Generally these shoes fulfilled my expectations as far as comfort, style and looks. I used them for recreational walking and daily casual wear. The problem is that this is my second pair of the Adrenaline GTS 19 where the outermost (white) layer that comes in contact with the ground separated from the bottom of the shoe. I bought these on 1/31/2020 and one of them started coming apart on 5/16/2020. Not acceptable durability. I have also been wearing Brooks Ghost 12 that show no indication of a similar issue.
