Not a bad Film

I have seen a lot of Irish films since joining Prime both about Gangland Ireland and some about the Troubles/Peace process in Northern Ireland, this is a totally different film and brings a different film altogether.

It is a story based around the illegal medicine/transplant trade and what one parent will go to help save their own daughter. It has a good cast and all play their roles well, it brings that gritty and rough look to the film offering realism.

Worth a watch and also check out some other Irish films on Prime as well since some of them are pretty good.

I saw all of the series Anne with an E so I was surprised to see her in this effin and jeffin, but my goodness, she was just as good in this as she was in that. The cast really gelled and I could hardly think that I was watching a film, I was right there and didn't move an inch from start to finish. Brilliant!

Fantastic film with a great cast and convincing performances. Really want to see more of the lead in other films like this.

Not great, not bad.

Reasonable budget drama/thriller. In truth, it's ability to hold the attention is thanks to Antonia Campbell-Hughes, whose nervy yet heard hearted, despondent antihero drives the film. Without her, this would be contrived hokum.

I watched this before I seen the trailer…. glad I did…

If, like me, you’re not that keen on American Movies, you are in for a treat. Cracking plot, excellent acting, well delivered. I’m giving this a Solid 8+ / 10 . I do think the trailer gives away too much, so watching this without knowing the plot was amazing. Thank you all concerned.

Some great acting but the plot departs from any sensibility. The gangster heart surgeon was the last straw for me. Glad to get to the end so I could switch it off.
