Awful Film...

Has zero resemblance to the games its based off, The director has clearly not done anymore research than reading the back of game box. Film is basically "Predator 2" with the names changed. It plays out like a 12 year old directed it with pointless sex scenes, heavy metal gun fights and dialog so stupid its just baffling, Actual quote (conversion with girlfriend who DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING) Slater - "Oh my god i just killed my best friend, he was being controlled by them" Reid - "Well you had no choice"...

Garbage distilled
The first half of this movie is ok, its not terrible, its paced almost not bad, the characters and actors aren't good but tolerable but when we hit the half way mark, holy hell! it becomes literal distilled trash I know what the word literal means and this is trash. Imagine someone taking a dump on the floor, then claiming its an interesting piece of art and entertaining - this is a perfect definition of this "movie".

Don't waste your time.

Absolute garbage, unfollowable abysmal storyline, terrible dialog, very poor acting. The film jumps from one trite character to the next and then it has the old "military get involved" thing going on. I would have given .5 of a star if there had been one and that would have been generous.

Just can't believe Christian Slater associated himself with this. Pretty much rubbish, very little actual story but a lot of gunfire and explosions. Stayed with it to perhaps get an actual ending and that was dire too, wasted my time

Awful script, badly put together. The cuts made the acting seem wooden and formulated. There is no flow to the story and it's such a letdown when you've played the game and loved it...

One of the most god-awful films i've ever seen.

Awful storyline, despite the game actually having a decent one. Terribly wooden acting, I mean it's got Tara Reid in it...what more can I say. The film jumps around from storyline to storyline over and over to the point where it gets lost and tries to fill it in with some poorly narrated voiceover. How this has 3.5 starts right now is beyond me.

Even worse than the original

The first film was a hot mess which both over-explained the premise but then under-explained key parts of the plot. The sequel basically doesnt acknowledge the original film, and then proceeds to somehow be worse than it in every possible way.
