A classy production of a class leading season from a world class team.

What a classy production. A season where City became the record breaking premier league team of all time, playing football of such an amazing quality never seen before under the genius leader Pep Guardiola. Edited by Amazon to show the gulf in class between City and every other team. For anyone who loves football that excites and gets you out of your seat than leaving you stuck in the top deck of the bus it is a must see.

I simply enjoyed the series, Pep is a great coach and for me, who did not watch English football for the past few years it was an eventful and surprising season. Good work.

Riveting for all football fans
I'm a Liverpool fan from Liverpool - so I really enjoyed the european cup episodes! - and found this engrossing and riveting. I've always had a soft spot for City given they were getting 30k+ in the third division (my experience has been that city fans I've known enjoy the misery and fear success) and to see them being so successful is great. While a lengthy series it barely scratches the surface of that season with only certain events and games covered. And yet, and yet it is still the best modern footie program I've watched.

Highly Enjoyable Insight Into Premiership Football
I know Liverpool have done this already, but I couldn't bring myself to watch that particular documentary. All Or Nothing grant football fans a first-time opportunity to witness a Premiership TRIUMPH manifest from the planning stage through to fruition.

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing how the club is run behind the scenes, with the backroom staff receiving many plaudits and much credit. I loved seeing the togetherness of the players.....how they train together and what they do to unwind. We see how Pep relates to the players.....his man management, analysis, motivation, tactical preparation (with help from his assistants) and often drawing from his own experience (6 league titles as player plus 6 as manager!)

The show does touch on the players' personal lives, but it doesn't delve much below the surface. What we see is carefully controlled and there is no doubt that a huge amount of material was excluded. And with better editing, we could've seen so much more. Hence, the 4 stars.

But a great watch overall. I am NOT a City fan, but I enjoyed watching the football they played and was pleased for them....the records they broke....the genuine friendship and togetherness in the squad....it certainly warms the heart.

As for the one star reviews....ignore them. Jealous fans that cannot draw happiness from their own recent successes. City fans have endured so much misery. Life-long fans are seeing success that they never dared dream about. Why should anyone resent their success? Like any team, they will have their time, then someone else will have theirs. It is not all about money. It is about working hard and doing the business on the pitch without 19 minutes of injury time and umpteen dodgy refereeing decisions going in your favour. And to accuse City of having no history.....a side that has been playing league football since 1899......is pathetic.

Excellent seeing behind the scenes
I am not a City fan, I support Celtic. Started watching this grudgingly as I thought it would be just another programme about how the EPL is the best in the League. By the end of it I feel like a City Fan!

The access that they have behind the scenes is amazing. To see the players as normal people was great. To see how they react after games, win or lose, was interesting. Watching a Pep team talk is an experience!

Any football fan should watch it as its unparalleled access to the game we love.

Excellent insight on a top flight football club
Peels away the mystique behind the Manchester city transformation. City took a big gamble agreeing to this documentary but it really has paid off in the PR stakes at least. Blows away the notion of privileged top flight footballers and instead shows a committed team of athletes. The cynic who reads many news stories about football players realises that this has been sanitized but it is still partly revealing about the players nature. Wish the filmmakers had spent more time dwelling on each player's circumstances like they do in the American football series and of course some more commentary from Pep the manager on situations during the season and his observations on each opponent would have been appreciated. Contains much of the American series strengths such as obscure details that really make you think you know the club from bottom up - the washing room staff, cold chamber treatment, Spanish doctors ....
Wish it were longer, sure there is lots of material that ended up on the cutting floor that would have enhanced this documentary.
Overall a great series and recommended for any sports fan, enjoy!

Brilliant
This is a must watch for any football fan, obviously more so if you are a City fan, can only think the 10% 1 star reviews are from Manure or dipper fans, sad sad people.

The program shows an insight into how the games greatest manager thinks and his 100% attack based football is a delight to watch again and again. :).
