Thought provoking.

This film covers some sensitive topics that I otherwise wouldn't have thought about.
The acting is generally very, very good across the board (several famous faces, as well as less well known ones).
Watch out for Glenn Close's micro expressions, because her character keeps himself very 'tight'. Yet Close manages to convey such strong feelings.
The storyline is interesting and engaging, and one is drawn into feeling empathy for several characters for differing reasons.
Bittersweet ending.
Highly recommend!

Fabulous cast and script. Glen Close is incredible in this role. She deserved an Oscar. This film should have got much more credit.

A rare trait of genius, a gem of a movie. Glenn Close unbelievably fantastic as a man. Janet McTeer really fabulous. Superbly quirky, funny and sad. Well done !
